Picking Up Where We Left Off 💼

Last time, we left off just as Lily had to head back to work — and that’s exactly where today’s story continues.

After coming home, the first things I did were simple but necessary: a quick trip to the bathroom, a refreshing shower, and properly welcoming my guest who’s staying over. After that, I collapsed into a nap — desperately needed.

Once I woke up, I immediately made an appointment with the dentist. A small piece of my tooth had broken off (thank you, Dental Services mod). Before heading out, I quickly prepared a garden salad — something light but filling.

And then… off to the dentist already. Stressful!
Luckily, the solution was easy: they could place a small veneer over it, and you can’t even tell anything ever happened. Yay!

After that, there was nothing left in me. I headed straight to bed — completely exhausted and in serious need of catching up on sleep.

Good Morning — Thursday Edition ☕

Good morning! Today is Thursday , which means I’m working from home. I need to get focused and playful for my assignments — not the easiest combo. I slept in, went through my usual morning routine, and got started on my tasks. I tried gaming to help myself focus… unfortunately, no luck. After that, I did some vacuuming — which was definitely necessary — and surprisingly, that actually helped me concentrate. Task one: check. ✔️ Next up, I needed to get playful, so I watched a comedy show on TV… with no result. I started feeling a bit hungry, so I made myself a rainbow smoothie — and would you believe it? I suddenly felt playful! Task two: also check. ✔️ Since I was done working for the day, I decided to look for a house in a warmer place. And guess what — I found one I could move into immediately.
